There are 15 of us. Everyone works with the customer's code or the customer's people. In every customer engagement we work in a role where decisions about the solution are made: as architect, as lead developer or as the person responsible for changing the way work is done.
Who we are
Invinite was founded in 2023 because we had spent years watching healthcare organisations build data platforms without version control, without tests and without a way to find out what broke and why. We decided to apply the same engineering practices to data work that software teams have used for decades.
We favour open standards: FHIR, OMOP and open source tools. We work where data quality and traceability are requirements, not aims. We are a small company, and the people you meet at the start are also involved in the implementation.

Three things we believe
The gap between pilot and production is a question of responsibility
Technology is rarely what is missing. What is missing is a person whose job it is to put the solution into use. That is why the same people stay involved from the decision to the day it is in use.
Trust in data is built in code
Transformations are tested, data contracts travel with the code, and testing and deployment are automated. Regulation is taken into account when the structure is designed.
A good implementation is one you can walk away from
The solution is the customer's from start to finish. Documentation is written together with the customer, and we favour open standards and replaceable components. Our aim is that you can carry on without us.
