Data we process

Through this website we only process the contact details you voluntarily provide when reaching out (name, email address, message content). Details sent through the contact form on this website are stored in our customer relationship management system, HubSpot. We use HubSpot’s European data centre, so the data is stored in the EU. We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers. Server logs are kept to a minimum and only for security purposes.

Legal basis and purpose

We process data on the basis of legitimate interest (customer communication) and pre-contractual steps. Data is used solely to respond to enquiries and prepare possible cooperation.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as the matter is active, and at most 24 months from the contact, unless law requires longer retention.

Disclosures

We don’t disclose data to third parties. HubSpot processes the contact form data on our behalf as a data processor, and the data is stored in its EU data centre.
